Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Surplus Hive. Please review the following policy regarding purchase options and order cancellations.

Payment Terms All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated. 

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of purchase.
• Estimated release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor delays.
• Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will ship when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests received after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
• Pre-orders may not be canceled once the item has shipped or is in transit from the distributor.

Changes to Orders We do not accept modifications to items, shipping addresses, or payment methods once an order has been placed. If you need to change your shipping address and your order has not shipped yet, please cancel and place a new order.

Buyer Responsibility By completing a purchase, you acknowledge:
