Welcome to Surplus Hive. Please read the following policies carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Surplus Hive are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Damage occurring during shipping or delivery
- Minor manufacturing flaws or packaging imperfections
- Delays caused by carriers or suppliers
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
2. Shipping & Damage Disclaimer
All orders are packaged with care using:
- Hard plastic Funko Pop! protectors
- Bubble wrap
- Reinforced cardboard inserts
Once an order is in possession of a carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Surplus Hive is not liable for delays, losses, or damage incurred during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Retain the original packaging and take photos
- File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
- Submit the claim within their required time frame
Surplus Hive does not file claims on behalf of customers and cannot guarantee claim outcomes.
3. Product Condition Notice
All Funko Pop! figures sold by Surplus Hive are new, authentic, and factory-sealed, unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that mass-produced collectibles may contain minor flaws, such as:
- Paint inconsistencies
- Slight scuffs or scratches
- Uneven molding
- Box imperfections (e.g., creases, dings, misalignment)
These do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
4. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are paid in full at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Please note:
- Estimated release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor updates
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available
- If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order
By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge potential delays outside of our control.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee
To cancel an order, please use our Contact page and include your order number and reason.
6. Returned to Sender Orders
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout:
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
- A new shipping label fee will apply.
- If the order is not reshipped and is instead canceled, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing an order.
7. Order Issues
If you believe we made a mistake with your order — for example, you received the wrong item or something is missing — please contact us at Contact within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and do our best to correct any error we’re responsible for. We do not accept claims submitted after this period.
8. Fraud Prevention
Surplus Hive reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of:
- Return fraud
- Chargeback abuse
- Unauthorized reselling
- Providing false or misleading information
Such activity may be reported to payment processors and relevant platforms.
9. Buyer Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You have read and accepted these policies
- You accept the product “as-is,” including cosmetic flaws as outlined
- You will not file disputes based on packaging condition, shipment delays, or final-sale terms
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information
- You understand that orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items are ready
