๐Ÿ›’ Do you sell authentic Funko Pops?

Yes โ€” we only sell 100% genuine, factory-sealed Funko Pop! figures. Every item comes directly from trusted suppliers or official distributors. No fakes, no customs, no replicas.


๐Ÿ“ฆ How do you package orders?

We treat every Pop! like it's a grail. Each figure is shipped in a hard plastic protector, bubble wrapped, and packed with reinforced cardboard to help prevent damage in transit. We know condition matters to collectors โ€” and we pack accordingly.


๐ŸงŠ What about damaged box Pops?

We carefully inspect every Funko Pop before it ships. If a box has damage that collectors wouldnโ€™t want โ€” such as major dents, tears, or crushed corners โ€” we remove it from our standard inventory.
If we ever sell a Pop with known damage, it will be clearly labeled โ€œDamagedโ€ in the product title and description.


๐Ÿšš Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned โ€” weโ€™re exploring international options as the hive expands!


๐Ÿ“ฌ How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1โ€“2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3โ€“5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Tracking is provided with every order.


๐Ÿ” Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No โ€” all sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. Please see our full Store Policy for details.


๐Ÿ“ฆ What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care, but if your item is damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Make sure to include photos of the damage and packaging, and file within the carrierโ€™s timeframe. Surplus Hive cannot file claims on your behalf or guarantee outcomes.


โš ๏ธ What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?

If thereโ€™s an issue with your order (wrong item, missing product, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
If itโ€™s our error, weโ€™ll make it right โ€” thatโ€™s the hive promise.


๐ŸŽฏ Are the boxes mint?

We always aim to ship Pops in excellent condition, but minor imperfections like paint variations, soft scuffs, or light box wear are common in mass production. These are not considered defects.
If box condition is critical to you, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


๐Ÿงพ Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Yes โ€” cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may still be possible but will incur a 15% restocking and processing fee.
Pre-orders follow the same policy.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Please check your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out.
