Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Surplus Hive. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final All purchases made through Surplus Hive are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Damage incurred during shipping or delivery
- Minor manufacturing flaws or packaging imperfections
- Shipping delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Product Condition Notice All Funko Pop! figures are new, authentic, and factory-sealed unless otherwise stated. As with all mass-produced items, minor imperfections such as paint inconsistencies, box scuffs, or molding defects are considered standard and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- To request a cancellation, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
Returned to Sender Orders If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:
- The customer must pay for reshipping.
- If the order is canceled instead of reshipped, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Issues If there is a problem with your order (e.g., wrong item or missing product), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve any confirmed issues. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Buyer Acknowledgment By placing an order with Surplus Hive, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- All sales are final
- Cosmetic flaws do not qualify for returns or refunds
- You are responsible for accurate shipping and contact info
- You agree not to file disputes related to packaging, delays, or final sale terms
