Order Processing Time

  • We ship Monday through Saturday.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We currently ship exclusively with USPS. The service used depends on the shipping destination, weight, and package size.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders, as stated during promotions or on qualifying cart totals.

Packaging All products are carefully packaged with:

  • Hard plastic Funko Pop! protectors
  • Bubble wrap
  • Reinforced cardboard inserts

This is to ensure your collectibles arrive in excellent condition.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the USPS service selected.
  • Delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

International Shipping At this time, Surplus Hive ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. If your tracking information shows a delay or issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
